A special entertainment event has been prepared for the end of the dinner.

    Real Collegio
The Real Collegio represents for its location, 500 years of urbanistic and cultural history of the city. This one from 1517 when the San Frediano Monaster went under the lateran canonics becoming the centre of the Reform in Lucca. In 1780 a papal brief decided its delection estabilishing the building like a reception of public studies of the city lasted until around 1980. When the Baiocchi arrived at Lucca the Monaster received from 1809 the Felice College which helped to start a laic secondary instruction for the Middle Class. When the Principality was finished, it was called National Collegeuntil the Ducato Borbonico, which became Collegio Carlo Ludovico. After the Unity of Italy it was called Real Collegio and like this until today, even when in 1939 the College was closed and the building became seat of several schools and cultural associations of the city. At the end of the 2nd World War, one part of the building received Istrian refugees.
During the last years the building was completely restored. Nowadays the building is one of the most prestigious expositive seats of the Historical Centre. Every year it has very important guests like cultural events, exhibitions and meetings linked to history and traditions of the city and the surrounding area.
