The CarraraCongressi S.r.l, has provided a booking service for the conference which is available to all RO-MAN2010 participants. Being Viareggio a famous touristic town, this service has been included only to facilitate searching for hosting location in Viareggio, and to warrant that there will be enough free rooms for the conference. However, the service provider is external to the conference organization and operates autonomously. There are no relationships among the conference organization and the service provider, neither the conference guests have any obligation to use this service.

The Provider has blocked an adequate number of rooms in hotels close to the RO-MAN 2010 meeting center and will allow you to book them up to July 31st. Special fares have been negotiated from the CarraraCongressi S.r.l. for the RO-MAN workshop. A summary of the RO-MAN 2010 special fares is reported in the table below.
