19th IEEE International Symposium in
Robot and Human Interactive Communication

The Symposium will address fundamental issues of co-existence between human and intelligent machines such as robots, augmented and virtual environments and collaborative systems. 2010 Edition will place a special focus to the topics of human and robots who are thinking and acting together. All types of cognitive and cooperative interaction will be considered relevant for the workshop.
 
The Symposium will address scientific aspects including technological, psychological and philosophical aspects which are relevant to the topics listed below. Authors presentations will be given in the form of “oral sessions”, “plenary talks”, or “Poster presentation” accordingly to the relevance of the results towards the topics addressed by the event

  • Acceptance notifications have been sent
    June, 10th 2010:
  • Review process completed, we are currently selecting the accepted papers
    March, 12th 2010:
  • Submission is closed, we have received many interesting papers and the review will start soon
    February, 28th 2010:
  • Special Sessions have been approved and published
  • Submission has been extended to the 12th of March (firm)
    August, 21th 2009:
  • Website opening. The regular Website for RO-MAN 2010 has been opened
  • RO-MAN 2010 will be held in Viareggio (Italy) from Sept 12 to Sept 15.
    The 19th Edition of the conference will be sponsored by the following institutions:
